Advantages of our service
The main advantage of the CT test is the 2D or 3D mapping of the entire sample or specific areas with high contrast and resolution, allowing a resolution of 7 microns (Voxel Size).
The use of two X-ray sources (225kV & 450kV) and “Rotating Target” technology allows a smaller “Spot Size” for higher powers and results with greater resolution compared to the market standard.
It also offers the possibility of taking measurements and confirming the exact position of the various components inside the volume.
The essay is complemented with a 3D reconstruction tool, which allows the object to be modeled and enhances the assessment of its integrity.

A produção de ferramentas e moldes requer vários ciclos de interação até que as ferramentas estejam ajustadas de forma ideal e os moldes perfeitamente formados. Este processo pode ser otimizado, em tempo e custo, entre 30 a 70%. A TC permite coligir todas as estruturas num modelo 3D.
